The entire team was amazing from the first phone call for an appt. and then decided to walk in instead. The receptionist was professional and helpful with her recommendations of just coming in. The service was quick as there was very few people in the waiting room. The nurse was caring and compassionate. The physician we saw was so very informative, compassionate, and concerned to my husbands health. They did not bombard us with testings as the doctor knew we were private pay. The doctor also recommended the pharmacy next door as their prices were VERY reasonable. The entire cost of the office visit, breathing treatment, 2 antibiotics AND an inhaler was 1/3 of what were anticipating!! Highly recommend this team of caring and compassionate caregivers. I'm grateful for Everyday Health Care being my primary care. They have treated me well over the last couple of decades. Dr Wilson and his staff are amazing and truly care. John Kampschimdt, (who I've seen for over a decade💯), Gilbert, Micheal Palms, Jenny, Jessica, Josh Cypert, (Thank you for the telemed today.) He's a great NP and person. They're not the only ones. From the front office to the back. They are patient, kind and genuinely care about my well-being at both locations. I have had the most wonderful experience and care here from all of the staff at the Shaw location. They have made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Raj (medical assistant) is so sweet and caring and is a very hard worker! Most of all, Dr. Brent Wilson is an absolute amazing person who listens to you and is very thorough in his exams and assessments. He is a really great Doctor who is out to make a difference in the world. I am very grateful that I made the choice to come to Everyday Healthcare! I have had bad experiences with Drs in the past. I found one at urgent care on Shaw and stayed with Dr. Roy till he retired, then just took care of myself. Dr. Josh was exactly what I was looking for. He immediately went right to the the problem I went in for, and believe me I was having a horrible time and nothing worked until he gave me the right meds and now I feel so comfortable with him, I will go on with appointments needed. Josh and all at Urgent Care, you guys rock!! Your stuck with me now 😊 ~ Martha P

The Dr Josh, was great to deal with, quickly understood my issues and came up with a solution immediately to help me. The office supervisor, (Jessica I believe was her name) was the big hero of the day to me. Because she went way out of her way to guarantee my pharmacy got me the correct prescription done timely just as the doctor intended. Only by her extra hard work, I was able to get my prescription in time for my medical procedure. I Thank God, for the people here who truly care for us during medically difficult times. ~ Phil H

At my early morning appointment the office was fully staffed and ready to see patients. After updating my annual contact information I was quickly taken to the back office for pre- screening. Josh was already reviewing my chart with the new Nurse Practitioner. Once my sample was tested, I was seen by Josh, the results were confirmed, and the needed prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I had to ask for an update on his cute baby boy, then I was on the way to a better day and better health. Thank you Josh and Everyday Health Care. ~ Deborah S

I’m so thankful for today’s experience at Everyday Health Care. Finding time for my family’s needs can be difficult, but the kindness of the staff truly gave me hope that things were going to get better. I had a very good experience coming to this clinic. Had an appointment on Friday, got my lab works done and by Wednesday the doctor had a diagnosis and explained my condition very well, prescribed my medication and I was done.. Very nice, clean clinic and didn't wait a lot it was like 10 minutes like some other clinics in which I have waited for over an hour and they where full you couldn't even find a seat. Extremely glad I found this clinic, everyone there where really nice and professional. ~ Erika M

Josh was perfect, timely and very helpful. I would respectfully recommend that they remove one of the providers on their list. They emotionally and wilfully made caustic remarks to me, did not return calls or emails when I tried to address this issue. Update: I went for a follow up visit and everything was still perfect! Josh explained the status very well and made sure my wellbeing was addressed. Another Update: I had to go this time for an urgent appointment and Joshua knew what the problem was and he diagnosed it appropriately! Another Update: I had a phone conference this time and everything was addressed perfectly! A new update: This was the best visit ever! He took great care to explain everything and it was done in a very professional manner! Another new update: There was a telehealth conference today. Josh was very kind and helpful! His guidance put me at ease. Unfortunately, I am a frequent flyer in the medical world! Update: On another visit, the care I received was exceptional! Update I always get the best of care! ~ Karen F

I really like Everyday Healthcare both Doctor’s Offices I been taking my kids to the shields office since they were little children the Urgent Care It’s Fast & Clean. My kids are now teenagers I take them once in a while. Now I go to the Shaw Office near my house they are also fast, compassionate and the office is clean. Peaceful environment! Dr John has help me a lot with my health issues and referrals to specialists. ~ Liz H

The best urgent care facility in Fresno!! I was greeted professionally and promptly from a nice young lady. I only waited 15 minutes to see the awesome Dr. Carmen who was thorough and effective. She diagnosed me in minutes, gave me great tips on helping me to heal faster, gave me a shot, called in a prescription, and had me on my way. I was in and out within an hour! The staff, nurses and doctors take their time to help and understand you, I had many doctors and to all of them I was just a number on their charts; Dr.Palms and Dr.Joshua , the nurses work as a team, they make sure you are comfortable and take their time to listen so they can provide you the care and treatment that you need; I have always had fantastic care in every visit. I've been going to Everyday Healthcare for years. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Wilson always comes and sits down and listens. I've tried different medical clinics through the years, but always come back here because they make me feel heard and cared for. And I never have to wait to be seen. I've been to this location twice now and each time they have been great. I get in and I get out, hardly any wait time and they are always so accommodating. The nurse practitioner Joshua is excellent at listening to my symptoms and finding a resolution. Overall the staff here is great and always making me feel welcomed. ~ Alexis L

Dr. Josh Cypert was very kind and gentle, always to make sure I was comfortable. He did not “rush” the procedure. Staff was very pleasant and actually smiled as they said goodbye to me. Amazing Doctors, NP, and PA. Brian, Josh, and Dr. Wilson are great physicians. They listen to me and my description of pain.
